Please use Winter Seed lane public footpath if recceing route. Partial flagging of start/ finish. On ascent must keep east of Tongue Gill to Grisedale Hause, follow path to C.P. on Seat Sandal and flags direct the descent to CP at NY 33782 10226.
Free car parking on event field if weather conditions allow, otherwise park considerately in local area layby’s & car parks.
