Arnison Dash

A classic country show race

Distance: 2.4 km / 1.5 miles
Climb: 300 m / 984 ft

This race is about as short as they come with a men’s record of 13:38. The dash takes the direct route up Arnison Crag from the Patterdale cricket field. There’s a short loop around the scrambly summit, then an all-out descent back to the field where you can enjoy the terrier racing and basket weaving. Generous prizes are sponsored by Catstycam outdoor shop in Glenridding.
