Welcome to the Club Championships for 2020!
I hope you enjoy the following selection of challenging races across the range of length, speed and height. Hopefully there is something in there for everyone. Particularly as this year only 4 races are needed to qualify. Results will be posted on the AAC Facebook page in the first instance and eventually make it onto here.
I will update you on the missing dates as the organisers publish them. And if you’re curious about the Wetherlam Chase; it has been proposed by Mike Troup as an age handicap run from Tilberthwaite up Steel Edge to the top of Wetherlam and over Black Sails, south to the Coppermines valley and back over Hole Rake. Someone needs to put their hand up to organise it as a club only race (Mike?) otherwise we’ll use the Youth Cup course as a Time Trial on the day the U18’s trial on it.
