Welcome to new members: Nicola Hart, Sarah Jones and Chez Frost (sorry, know it was a while ago Chez).
Thought I'd just let you know of a few races this year, and socials. I do try to make some training sessions but live in Kendal so tend not to come through to Ambleside in the winter. Give me a shout if you want to chat about anything, also be good to know what you are keen to do, just social runs or are more into competing.

Apologies any ladies in the club who are not receiving my emails, I'm struggling to keep up with our growing numbers, please let me know your email if you want to be included in group emails; these include race dates and socials etc.

Races... we are going to try and get a team out to as many of the English Championship races as possible, details on the FRA website. I would really recommend entering these. Roger has already had over 50 entries for Langdale in October.
I would also like to do the British Champs races. If anyone is interested in going to Scotland to do Stuc a Chroin/a long weekend in Scotland please let me know, if there's enough of us could be worth getting a bus ( a small one of course, not a double decker!) Details on stuchachroin5000.org.uk
