Tuesday
evenings 6.45pm:
From 18th
October until the light nights return.
Ambleside
Rugby Club (6.45pm start)
Road runs or hill sessions on the 7(+) hills of
Ambleside, depending on demand and turnout
Structured
Training Session
Intervals, speedwork, hill reps, fartleks etc. helping
to maximize performance, building on speed, strength and
stamina. Also a good warm up and drills to improve
running technique and help with injury prevention. C

AMBLESIDE OWLS
A few of us usually head onto Loughrigg/Wansfell
on Tuesday evenings
Weather and interest from others permitting, we
can organise longer night fell runs. Anyone who's keen,
has a route in mind and/or wants company, please
get in touch and we'll try and get a group
together!
Friday morning runs 10am shap
From varying locations - if you would like to
join, drop Roger an email and check the news page for
details on venues!
Saturday/Sunday
mornings - tbc
Fell or
footpath runs depending on the weather. Usually for
2 hours followed by coffee / beer at the adjoining
hostelry.
Lets try and get the
weekend runs going again!
