points do not relate to actual positions at the events.
First Ambleside AC Junior runner in each category will
score top points. Note, these events are not organised
by Ambleside AC .
New club
members are entitled to record their Club Championship
points at the first race AFTER attending Ambleside AC
Juniors training session for the first time.
Each runner
scores their best 4 races to make their total.
