With the success in previous years of the reserve list combined with acceptance of cancellations, enabling everyone wanting an entry to get one, I will operate a similar system for 2012.

• entries will be accepted until the limit of 500 is reached.

• later entries will be placed on a reserve list in order of receipt.

• cancellations will be accepted up to the entry deadline. No refunds will be made but entry fees received beyond the 500 limit will be donated to Mountain Rescue or John Taylor Foundation For Young Athletes.

• cancelled places will be offered to those on the reserve list (to be accepted within 3 days or if earlier by noon on Sun 7th October). Cheques will only be cashed when the offer is accepted.

• The website will be regularly updated with lists of accepted entries and the reserve list.
